Legacy Secure facilitates collaboration by allowing you to share your estate data with trusted individuals. Here's how you can add and manage access for your heirs and advisors: >
Adding Users to Your Account:

Access the "Access" Menu:
- Log in to your Legacy Secure account and navigate to the "Access" menu located in the left-hand side of the app.

Add a New User:
- Click on the "Add User" button.

Enter User Information:
- Input the email address of the person you wish to add (heir or trusted advisor).

Select Access Level:

Choose the appropriate access level based on the role and responsibilities of the user:
- View Only: Allows the user to view all data without making any changes.
- Upload Only: Permits uploading documents without accessing existing data.
- View and Upload: Grants the ability to both view existing data and upload new documents.
- Full Access: Provides comprehensive permissions, including editing and managing data.
- No Access: For users you want associated with your account who might gain access upon your passing.

Choose the appropriate access level based on the role and responsibilities of the user:

Send Invitation:
- After selecting the access level, send the invitation. The user will receive an email with instructions to join your Legacy Secure account.
Managing User Access:

Amend or Revoke Access:
- At any time, you can change the access level of any added user or remove their access entirely through the "Access" menu.

Specifying Access on Passing:
- Legacy Secure allows you to predefine access changes upon your passing. For example, you can set an heir's access to "View Only" status to ensure they can access necessary information without the ability to alter data.
Uploading Documents via Trusted Advisors:

Upload-Only Access:
- If you wish your trusted advisor to upload documents without viewing other data, assign them the "Upload Only" access level.

Sending Upload Links:
- Once an advisor has verified their email address, you can generate and send them a secure upload link for specific documents. This ensures that they can contribute necessary information without accessing sensitive data.
